An enchanting yet heartbreaking tale of two lovers; born into two different worlds. Caught in the middle of an ancient war. A battle between the Seraph, children and soldiers of the light and the Chimaera, creatures of darkness and bear the name of the opposite of goodness.
There is Karou, a 17 year old art student in Prague. She loves to draw and fill her sketchbooks with monsters. But to her they are not monsters, she call them her family. Behind her mysterious drawings, strange blue hair and her remarkable knowledge for so many languages lies a dark secret. She’s not human. Definitely. And there’s Akiva, who has this unearthly beauty that certainly outcries that he is too did not come from in this world; 6-foot, handsome and flawless face, fire-colored eyes and… wings. Invisible wings on his back. Between the enthralling streets of Prague and Morocco arises a ravishing story of a forbidden love, hidden identities and an endless battle between the light and dark.

This may be the busiest summer I’ve ever experienced in my entire life but certainly the most unforgettable one! And what? It’s like a month left for summer, let us cross our fingers for more productive days ahead! :)
